Refunds:
We offer free refunds for 14 days from the date your order is placed.
However, not all items are eligible for refunds. To be eligible for a refund:
- You must contact Design + Country privately and directly, via contact form.
- You must include photographs showing any damaged items, and include reasons why you request a refund.
- We do not offer exchanges or returns on any products.
- You must provide (in detail, the order number, tracking info, purchasing invoice etc.)
- We do not refund shipping costs.
- We do not refund for buyers remorse, or sizing issues. We have provided sizing charts for our customers.
Shipping:
Shipping is calculated at the point of purchase. Some items are available for Free Shipping - please make note of that at point of purchase. We do not refund for shipping costs.
Returns:
Design + Country does not accept returns on items.
