Refund policy

We offer free refunds for 14 days from the date your order is placed.

However, not all items are eligible for refunds. To be eligible for a refund: 

1. You must contact Design + Country privately and directly, via email or contact form.
2. You must include photographs showing any damaged items, and include reasons why you request a refund.
3. We do not offer exchanges or returns on any products. 
4. You must provide (in detail, the order number, tracking info, purchasing invoice etc.)
5. We do not refund shipping costs.
6. We do not refund for buyers remorse, or sizing issues. We have provided sizing charts for our customers.
